Stephen was raised in Sunbury and is a graduate of Shikellamy High School. After graduation from high school, Stephen earned a Bachelor’s degree in History/Political Science (Pre-Law) from Marywood University, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Utica College. Stephen and his wife, Jenna, are proud to reside in the Susquehanna Valley.
