Melissa was wonderful! She quickly grasped the type of home we were looking for and showed us several homes. She was honest when we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each. When we had questions, if she didn’t have the answer she found someone who did. She even called a builder to find out what types of permits would need to be pulled to install a fence and whether the Homeowner’s Association was still active. She worked very closely with us during the mortgage process. Best of all, we felt that she genuinely wanted us to be a part of the community. She was a great ambassador for the Susquehanna Valley!
