Setting the right Price for your home

You have decided to sell your home but are not exactly sure how to come up with an asking price. One of the knowledgeable agents at the Bowen Agency Realtors can assist you with determining a property pricing and marketing strategy for your home.

Before we set the sales price of your house, a Bowen Agent will run a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that will show the listing price of similar houses in the area as well as the prices at which the houses actually sold.
