I joined the Bowen Agency Realtors in September of 2007 after working a few years for another local Real Estate Company. I wish I would have made the move sooner. At the Bowen Agency I have been given every opportunity to succeed and expand my client base. Agent training is continually available, and is relevant to improving your job knowledge, and growing your own business. This hands on training is most often provided by the broker and approached from a real world perspective. In addition to this training the Broker has always been available to answer questions and provide guidance as needed. While this improvement in training has been an important factor in my satisfaction with the Bowen Agency, perhaps the work atmosphere has been the condition that has pleased me the most. Starting with the owners Art and Bill Bowen, including all of the agents in each of the offices in Selinsgrove, Sunbury, and Lewisburg, and all of the office staff, I was welcomed, accepted and assisted from the first day. Everyone I have come into contact with has been very nice and I have not encountered any of the animosity, deceit, or backstabbing that can sometimes occur in other agencies. Of course, the bottom line is how your income at the Bowen Agency will relate to that of another agency. From my personal standpoint, comparing the commission payouts from my previous agency and the increased business I have encountered to this point, joining the Bowen Agency Realtors was a wise choice.
