Being a first time home buyer I did not feel overwhelmed at all dealing with Terry.  He was easy to keep in touch with and kept me informed with all the details.  I would highly recommend Terry to anyone who is in search for a home.  I cannot express how thankful I am to have had a person such as Terry in purchasing my first home.  He did everything he could to make the transition in going smoothly.
