Overall, sales activity compared to this time a year ago is up. Each of the 5 counties surrounding the region posted measurable increases in the number of sales (except Montour which was even with the same period last year with 104 closed sales). Union and Snyder counties saw more than a 20% jump in sales and nearly a 5.5% increase in average sales price. In fact, all the counties reported improvement in average sales price.
